Interested in a holiday class trip to the igloos? We are open 5 days a week for school trips starting on December 1st, 2023. Starting at $10/student.
Interested in a birthday party at the igloos? We have a limited number of birthday party dates on Saturdays & Sundays from 11am - 1pm in December starting at $25/kid.

SMALL PARTY RENTAL

LARGE PARTY RENTAL

3 birthday balloons per igloo, 1 cluster of balloons for the birthday Guest of Honor igloo, “Happy Birthday” banner

General Q & A
Q: How do I make a reservation?
A: Igloos reservations are available on our website. Additional reservation time slots are released each Monday at 9am for the following week.
Q: Can I have a birthday party at the igloos?
A: We are happy to help you make any of your celebrations more exciting however we cannot allow outside food, drinks or desserts. Please fill out a party request form on the website.
Q: How long is my experience?
A: The igloo experience is a 1-hour reservation.
Q: What if I am running late for my reservation?
A: Please call us! Due to the nature of the event being on a timed schedule, guests arriving more then 15 minutes late may not be able to be sat for their reservation, forfeiting their experience. Guests who arrive late do not get a refund and do not get to extend their time in the igloo due to already booked reservations.
Q: When should I arrive and where do I go?
A: Guests should park in the nearest parking lot and proceed to the check in stanchions. We suggest arriving between 10-15 minutes prior to your reservation so that we may complete your check in process and get you seated in your igloo in a timely manner. We cannot seat partial parties so please ensure all guests arrive on time to check in together.
Q: How many people can come to the igloo experience?
A: The igloo experience can only accommodate 8 guests including children.
Q: Do babies count in the guest count?
A: Lap babies under 2 years old do not count in the guest count. The maximum number of lap babies per igloo is 2 babies.
Q: Can I bring my stroller in my igloo?
A: We provide parking for all strollers as they cannot be accommodated next to, inside or any closer to your igloo as there is not enough space and their wheels can damage the entrances of the igloos.
Q: Is my experience refundable?
A: If you should have to cancel more then 48 hours prior to your reservation, you will be issued a $35 e-gift card. Any cancellations within 48 hours of your reservation will not be refundable.
Q: What is the $35 reservation fee?
A: The $35 reservation fee goes to the operations of running the overall event, decorations. and the reindeer food costs for Santa
Q: What do I have to purchase at my experience?
A: Each member of your party must purchase one of the price fixe menu options in the igloo. This does not include any upgrades to your igloo.
Q: Can I bring my dog or other pet?
A: We love your fluffy friends however due to allergies and cleanliness we regretfully cannot allow any dogs or pets into the igloos.
Q: Can I book more than one reservation?
A: You can book as many reservations as you would like however please remember you are responsible for the $35/hour reservation fee. If you are coming with friends and want igloos close to each other, please let us know ahead of time so we can do the best to accommodate the request!
Q: Is the igloo experience handicapped accessible?
A: Yes! Please let us know ahead of time when booking your reservation if a member of your party will require a wheelchair and if the guest will want to sit in the wheel chair or transfer for the duration of the experience. The more information we know ahead of time the better experience we can provide.
Q: Are there dairy free or vegan options?
A: We have a variety of rotating dairy free and vegan options as well as sugar free on the menu every day.
