Egger’s Igloo’s and Upcoming Hours

Thank you to everyone who came to our new Igloo Experience this year. This is our final Experience weekend April 9th-11th. Don’t miss out – reservations coming March 12th! Max 8 people per igloo. Reservations are $30 for a 45 minute experience. Minimum of $10/person.

Our location in Historic Richmond Town will be open on Thursday and Friday from 3-10pm and Saturday and Sunday from 11am-10pm. Our season officially opens May 1st, Monday – Friday from 3-10pm and Saturday-Sunday from 11am-10pm.

Frequently Asked Questions

Igloos reservations are available on our website. Additional reservation time slots are released each Monday at 9am for the following week.

We are happy to help you make any of your celebrations more exciting however we cannot allow outside food, drinks or desserts.

The igloo experience is 45 minutes per reservation.

Please call us! Due to the nature of the event being on a timed schedule, guests arriving more then 15 minutes late may not be able to be sat for their reservation, forfeiting their experience. Guests who arrive late, do not get to extend their time in the igloo due to already booked reservations.

Guests should park in the main parking lot on Clarke Avenue and proceed to the check in stanchions lined up outside Egger’s Ice Cream. We suggest arriving between 10-15 minutes prior to your reservation so that we may complete your check in process and COVID19 screening and get you seated in your igloo in a timely manner. We cannot seat partial parties so please ensure all guests arrive on time to check in together.

The igloo experience can only accommodate 8 guests including children.

Lap babies under 2 years old do not count in the guest count. The maximum number of lap babies per igloo is 2 babies.

We provide deck parking for all strollers as they cannot be accommodated next to, inside or any closer to your igloo than the deck parking.

If you should have to cancel more then 48 hours priors to your reservation, you will be issued a $30 e-gift card. Any cancellations within 48 hours of your reservation will not be refundable.

The $30 reservation fee goes to the operations of running the overall event and decorations as well as additional COVID19 cleaning products, hand sanitizer and igloo upkeep.

Each member of your party must purchase either the basic or deluxe price fixe menu with a minimum of $10/person in the igloo. This does not include any upgrades to your igloo.

We love your fluffy friends however due to allergies and cleanliness we regretfully cannot allow any dogs or pets into the igloos. When our outdoor dining experience reopens in the summer we are happy to welcome them back for a pup cup on the deck dining.

You can book as many reservations as you would like however please remember you are responsible for the $30/hour reservation fee and minimum of $10/person per hour that you have a rental.
